Grant County PUD – Wanapum Dam Fish Bypass – Approx 42,000 cu. yd.

After multiple years of research & testing, Grant County PUD is now capable of meeting the federal requirement of 95% survival of salmon smolts passing Wanapum Dam.  This 290 ft water slide was completed after 3 years of construction.

During the construction of this project, Central Pre-Mix produced concrete under some of the strictest requirements in the concrete industry.  Wanapum Dam is located in a dry arid region in Washington State.  With temperature variances of over 100 degree’s throughout the year, Central Pre-Mix has the experience to consistently produce quality concrete for your project.
